2017 VW Golf Alltrack U.S. Production Debuts

Volkswagen has made the U.S. Production debut of the 2017 VW Golf Alltrack.  Based upon the popular Golf SportWagen, this model adds 4Motion® all-wheel drive.  It also features "Off-Road Mode" including hill control, body cladding, and additional ground clearance.  The S and SE trims include 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels and SEL features 18-inch wheels.  The 2017 VW Golf Alltrack will be available in the Fall.

The new 2016 Volkswagen CC has six trim levels available. They are:

With all of these trim level options, there are many different optional and standard features available in your VW CC. This list includes keyless access with push-button start, touchscreen sound system with 6.33" color display, VW Car-Net® App-Connect™ for smartphone, navigation system with 6.33" color display, sport seats, and many more.

Engine

There are two different engine types available for the 2016 Volkswagen CC depending on the trim level purchased. They are a 2.0L inline four-cylinder, 16V, turbocharged/intercooled, FSI and a 3.6L VR6, six-cylinder, 24V FSI. Both of these engine types are beneficial for both longevity and efficient gas mileage.

Transmission

All of the trim levels for the 2016 Volkswagen CC are equipped with a 6-speed DSG® automatic transmission with Tiptronic® and Sport mode. Two of the trim levels (the Trend and the R-Line) can come in an optional 5-speed manual.

Suspension

The suspension in the 2016 Volkswagen CC is the same throughout all of the trim levels. The front suspension is a strut-type with lower control arms, coil springs, telescopic dampers, anti-roll bar. The rear suspension is a multilink with coil springs, telescopic dampers, anti-roll bar.

Safety

The new 2016 Volkswagen CC is a luxurious vehicle with a great variety of features, including many safety features. The list of standard and available safety features includes Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking (Front Assist), Lane Departure Warning (Lane Assist), Park Distance Control (Park Pilot), a rearview camera, and many more.

VW Introduces Golf SportWagen Limited Edition

Volkswagen has announced the VW Golf SportWagen Limited Edition.  The Limited Edition offers a variety of features at a budget-friendly price!  The Golf SportWagen comes standard with Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitor, Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking.  The exterior features include 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, chrome window trim, and "Limited' badge on front fenders.  The Limited Edition also features the new MIB II infotainment system.
